They added an additional charge Of $5 to my account because I declined to allow them to keep my credit card on file. They then refused to reverse the charge and stated I would have to wait 5-7 weeks for a refund. I asked to speak with management and was told there was no management. Ni then I asked to speak with someone in the refund department and was told" if we let everyone who wanted to speak someone in the refund dept, refunds wouldn't get processed". Can you believe that? What type of business is this? I guess the name fits! Cons, Cons, Cons. There are many more reputable phone services out there that don't charge Set-up fees and fees for refusing to let them keep your Credit card info on file.
