Charges on my credit charge I was not aware I had authorized efforts to cancel were unsuccessful.

Attempts were made by me to cancel the service I called 888-896-4442 several times, and only received a busy signal, at least it sounded like a busy signal. I had to call my credit card and cancel my account. I am uncertain how many months this went on.
