Money deduction and Not appproving my cancellation offer

I use Telenor, and Hungama.com is deducting 20 rupee per week from 11-Aug-2019.. I called to customer service on 345 every week, they were unable to cancel the package... Kindly block this Hungama.com website from Pakistan, today I checked on different sites there are alot of complains in Comments for both Telenor being unable to solve the issue, and Hungama deducting money and auto renewing in user's Mobile..
