do not know

several calls per day from foreign person (India?) - cannot understand her & tell her that - she says from US Treasury, mumbles more, says $80.00. I continue to tell her I cannot understand her. I tell her to either get someone I can understand or quit calling me. I'm sure she will be back tomorrow. One problem is that my phone announces 'call from 1000-100-756...' or something like that. When I look at phone numbers received it reads '1-018-25' so it seems like I'm really screwed! Anyone know anything about this????
