I renewed service on 4/24/2017.  A few hours later I called and cancelled service and asked for cancellation of auto deduction from my bank account.  I was assured that it was cancelled.  The next day it was deducted from my account.  On 4/26/2017 I called again and asked the rep when my money would be returned with my cancellation of the service on 4/24. I was then told that the refund of my initial payment would be 7-10 business days if I had used a debit card for payment, or 15-20 days if I had paid by check, I have waited patiently for the refund.  On 5/23 I called again.  During this call I was informed that no refund was forth coming.  Now I'm very teed. I WANT MY MONEY.
