I totally ignore who, how and why I am being charge for whatever services you provide. Nevertheless I hereby OVERRIDE any further UNAUTHORIZED charges you are making to my American Express credit card

    It's a cramming scam, set up as a pretense for charging your card monthly for some "service" you probably never knew you were "agreeing" to.  They typically get card numbers passed to them from other sleazy online merchants, including that scammy "sold on TV" cr*p.

    Contact American Express to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and block the card number to prevent further theft.  They can reverse the charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FCBA.
