I called Sprint on February 3rd or 4th to check on overage on minutes and was told by a Sprint Rep that I had no overage and it was confirm by her Supervisor. The rep went on by saying I actually had 123 Mins left well at the end of the cycle and I received my bill it was $97.00 worth of overage. I have been calling from that point on trying to get my correct amount on my bill and received nothing but lies., I was told a supervisor was going to call never received such call. I call today 2/21/2012 and spoke with a rep and the first one hung up on me and so I called back and spoke with another Rep and ask for a Supervisor and I was transferred over a Supervisor name Nathan and he was very rude and sarcastic. I tried to explain what happen and he would cut me off. Bottom line he left the bill remaining the same. But that ok because I will pay my early termination fee because I dropped Sprint and I will pay my regular bill fee. But Sprint will not get one penny more than that, Overage Fee Sprint will not see.
