WANG OSAKA GUEST HOUSE

We are booked with Sean Wang's Wang Osaka Guest House for May 7, 2017 to May 10, 2017. We arrived last night in Osaka but we didn't see his friend that Sean told us will show up to give us the key and get our payment. Please help us! Our booking was already charged to my credit card but up to now, we haven't seen Sean Wang or his friend to allow us use the apartment. We are here in the apartment still waiting for his coming. Please help!
