Misinformed(Lied) now in a mess

The company Bluegreen really hasn't been difficult to work with - although they can't help me.  I bought the "initial" of 7000 points (and of course got approved for a credit card for the down payment).  I have a perpetual black cloud and had just finally gotten my credit fixed after being screwed over in real estate.  So...I take notes and ask questions (and I haven't had a vacation in over 16 years).  So far so good...we were called back 3 months after our purchase and was given a "you are qualified" spiel.  I wasn't game BUT the salesman insisted that we could apply for a credit card with a "credit union" and that our "blue green mortgage" would consolidate... nutshell he INSISTED that 2 credit cards and 27,000 points would consolidate - he mapped out the interest rate, monthly payment the whole deal.  We were sitting in his office and his manager even came in and congratulated us on the quick response from the "credit union".  So...yep I did it....the lady who speed read the contract (recording it as we went) actually had to step out of the office and he came back in I specifically asked him "why does the contract have this interest rate and amount and not what you told us".  His response "this is a uniform standard contract don't worry about that because you've been approved for the "credit union" deal as I explained it to you and that will pay all of this off".  I repeatedly asked him..... stupid I should have asked the girl because guess what!!!  NOPE not at all true.  He even gave us his phone number, asked me to give him the dates I would like to have for my daughters high school graduation trip to NYC because his "brother in law" was in management there and could help us with whatever we needed.  We were to call him in 2 weeks if we didn't hear from the "credit union" to make sure the paper work didn't get delayed.  Guess what.... he has YET to answer our call.  NOW I have 2 "resort mortgages" 2 credit card payments and a HUGE (almost $1000) maintenance fee (excluding the maintenance fee) my bill is more than my mortgage... I will never have the chance to see if i can get an accommodation or use my points because I can NOT pay the second one (the 20,000 points).  I refuse to work a second job to pay for a vacation especially under those circumstances.  BUT it's a "he said/she said" situation and a contract is signed.  I took alot of notes (I can even describe what he was wearing, office decorations, 2 vacations he described and even tell you a little bit about his Mom!!!) but BG can't help me because of the contract.  Yep I'm stupid apparently but I believed that BG was an honest reputable company.  I have no reason to not believe that and would LOVE to experience the vacations (my daughter got absolutely NO trip for graduation).  I am paying for her upcoming college so paying almost $700/month (excluding maintenance) for a vacation ....no point.  I get calls ALL the time wanting payment, letters, certified mail tickets (which I work 8-7 M-F and I'm not going to take time away from work to go get a "nastygram" from a post office clear across town...sorry :(... I've thrown up, cried, had anxiety attacks because I stupidly believed an employee of this company wouldn't so blatantly lie!!!
so..... anyone willing to buy me out?  Sadly I'll not get to vacation anyway now and now my credit is ruined...another 7 years of busting my butt to rebuild it and I can't get financial help for my daughters college because of it.
