A few months ago I bought a cellphone from wireovia.com.  I bought an iphone 3GS supposedly new.  The shipment took like 14 days to arrive.  The phone would turned on automatically while in the wall charger, there was not way to keep the phone off while in the charger.  Also the phone would loose signal from time to time.  I returned the phone and wireovia sent me another one with the same problem.  I took a close look at the phone and realize that these phone are used phones that are provably returned and reconditioned and then resold.  Stay away from this company wireovia.com.  Sometimes it is worth to pay a little more a buy from a reputable company.

We had a similar experience.  We bought a Blackberry cell phone sold to us as new, but it was not.
We found a couple of videos already on it and it was the old style 2G which is not what we wanted!!
I am trying to find a way to return it during the 15 day window of time they allow.  Be very cautious about this seller.!!

I bought an iPhone 3g. I paid for two day delivery only for it to take two weeks to arrive. I've had nothing but trouble with the phone. It would just turn off for no reason. The battery wouldn't hold a charge longer than an hour. It finally wouldn't even recognised my service provider. Sent it back twice. This, the second time, I can't get a response from them whether my phone has arrived.

    I agree with you Armando.
I have purchased an IPhone 4 16GB at Amazon.com, which real seller was Wireovia.com.
Product was delivered on-time to a friend in the US. However, a couple of month later, Home button started to not work properly.
In a business trip to the US, I took it to Apple store with intent of replacing it for a new one and I was surprised by one of the Apple experts that my phone had been purchased two years before my purchase and had some of internal components changed to make it a brand new one.
This was a scam!!! Be extremely careful with this seller, since they are selling refurbished IPhone as brand new ones.

Yes i agree with you. I have purchased multiple phones from them and each one has been refurbished. I bought a "brand new" iphone 4s 32gb and when it came two weeks later, it had a used usb cable. Note that the phone was sealed.

I recently bought a ipod nano that was supposed to be new. My younger son was messing with the box and discovered that under the barcode sticker, there is a lable that said "refurbished by apple". Buy with extreme caution or dont buy at all! Warning!!!!!
