Sim not Ported from jio to airtel

I wanted to port out from jio into airtel , after all the procedures i got the airtel sim and waited for the services on my jio sim to expire.On 18th december i got a call from airtel, they said i need to message to 1900 "PORT mynumber" again and then i would get a upc code which i needed to message to 9650096500. I did the first step again and i didn't get any replies or code. I thought maybe it takes some time so i waited but two days later I
messaged again and this time 1901 sent me a code but my jio plan has already expired so I can no longer send the code to 9650096500. What should I do now with your stupid services?
