I have recently heard from another hair stylist that this is one person in particular that is charging an arm and leg to cut, color, etc and seems to be on something, this hair stylist has not taking their boards to stay a stylist and to be able to charge stylist pricing. She is supposely under an appertienceship which has recently ran out... Why hasn't anything been done about this and why hasn't the manager of the Winchester VA store done anything??? This is radiculous, if her clients or new clients know that she is still charging fees that she should be they will be rather upset. My source is very reliable and something needs to be done about this, this salon is going to give a bad rep for other regis salons !!!

    First time client at this Winchester Apple blossom mall salon and was treated very poorly, we had told the stylist the perm did not take, she just scrunched it and sent us on our way charging us, 2 days later the perm was gone if it lasted that long, we went back only for her to charge an additional $80.00 to try and fix it! This is poor service, it was the stylist who didn't do her job correctly she should have had to fix the problem without charging. The manager on duty was no help either!
