Receivable performance Manager

I have call and written this company four time to show them I had paid off T-Mobile account with them I sent a copy of the money to show that it was paid they still showing this on my credit report so I sent letter to all three credit bureau and a copy of the money to show this account has being paid in full. I don't know what else to do .
