Not Received Refund from Indian Railway

We had make a following E-ticket on 24-5-08 and our 6 passengers are going to by Bandra Terminus by Mumbai Special Train and its' ETD: 20:05 from ADI To BDTS ETA: 4:30am, but Train was late by 14 hours towards Mumbai, and all this 6 passengers had next train connection in the next days morning, so this all passengers went to Mumbai by Lok-shakti Exp in General class without sitting, i.e they had not travell by Mumbai Special, So as per rules we had mail to care@irctc.co.in & etickets&irctc.co.in on 30th May and 3rd June,2008 but still we couldn't get any kind of response like phone or mail.
