I rented a car on Saturday 2 April from Venice airport, only for 24 hours ..

I deposited the car keys in the box on Sunday 3 April 2015 at 8:50 (as there was no one in the Parking's office yet)

One week after, I get an alert from my bank that the amount of 401,56 Eur has been credited from my bank account.

Then I get an email from Locauto saying the car had a slight scratch (which is impossible as it was brand new)

I complained, they re-emailed me saying they had investigated the case and the damages were founded. Still they didn't send me any photo about the damage, neither was I able to check it.

THESE PEOPLE ARE DOING THIS SYSTEMATICALLY TO MAKE MONEY. WHAT CAN BE DONE??
