Former Rogers Customer
Country: Canada
IQOR must stop harassing the former Rogers Customers in the Ottawa area.
Our next move will be to post the CEO's photo (Mr. Vikas Kapoor)
online at many complaint web addresses. We hope we don't have to do this!
Does he not know how his employees are operating his company?
Why can't they follow thier posted website ethics?

As an employee of this company I can tell you one thing. Vikas does not care about his employees, why would he care about you? Don't take that statement the wrong way, it is not meant as a knock against you by any means. You are talking about a company that has made it very clear that they will go to no ends to get rid of employees who have been there for a long time only to replace them with part time people with no benefits, vacation or ability to do the job. You can read about him all over the place how he is doing this and joining that. If you look hard enough, you will also see that he is downsizing operations in Canada and openning them up in India and the Phillipines. So in other words, your little (valid) complaint means nothing to Vikas. If I were you, I would just document all calls, create a log, keep recordings of any harassing behaviour and sue the company if this is going on. If they are breaking the law, I will be the first to say that anyone in that position should look at sueing. There are laws that collectors and agency have to follow. If they break the laws then they should pay the price.

I keep getting phone calls from this pond scum of a company over someone elses unpaid parking ticket.  Since I once had one from them, for parking in an unpaved field next to a theatre, I know how they work.  The government really needs to get involved with these fools, and close them down permanently, since Better Business Bureau says they can do nothing.
