Assignment Submission website issue

I have been trying to submit my assignments for PGDBA, but my efforts have been repeatedly plagued by "Site Error" issue which is caused due to busy servers at SCDL's end. Despite having tried to submit assignment from different machines and at different times, I get this too often.

SCDL allows you 3 attempts for each assignment. I ended up exhausting all my attempts for a particular subject due to this issue. When I apprcoached SCDL for help they first blamed it on network issue, browser issue etc. at my end. But when I persistently told them that I have tried it from different machines at different times, they accepted that it was an issue with server being busy. They released an additional attempt for me after weeks of interaction. But...Alas! My tough luck. I suffered same fate in middle of assignment.

This time, though I could scrape enough marks to clear it, I was still not able to complete it. My overall percentage will be affected due to not fault of mine and SCDL call center refuses to help me saying that since I have cleared the assignment they cannot allow me any more attempts (and very harshly so), also jeering at me saying if I am capable enough I should not have a problem covering up in subsequent exams/assigments.

I ask you...We invest so much time and money with these institutions. How can a student ever trust Distance Learning if his/her marks depend upon mere chance of good connectivity from SCDL? Written assignments were much better. At least students had a complete and fair shot.

I cannot find anyone in SCDL who can help. Any suggestions would be most welcome.
