over the company

Well back in aug. 2012 my gf and i decided to get passes at l.a Fitness since my 24hr fitness pass expired. The mngr at the time must have been desperate for a sale or something because at the moment what sounded like a sweet deal was to good to pass up. 120 down for 2 people and 30 a month can't go wrong with that. Do we singed up. A few.days later i go to my gym a couple cities down and they would not let me in because somehow my pass was invalid.  So after speaking with sales rep's finally what i thought was fixed was only the beginning of our nightmares. When my gf went her gym they would not let her in as well. She asked the same questions of why. And they said her pass was also invalid that she would have to pay more money down and on top of that the sales person by the name of Sergio l.a fitness puente hills. Was trying to get my gf to charge my debit card without my knowledge and say so. She calls me to let me know what's going on i call the gym Sergio tells me a completely different story as if my gf is lying and what not. Well what ended up happening I's i filed a complaint against Sergio and the other sales rep for all this b.s.  The gym tried to compensate by giving my gf 2 one month passes. Upon going her first month with her first pass Sergio starts to harass her everytime she goes to the gym to the point that she is feeling very uncomfortable so i go with her "now i never meet Sergio nor he knows what i look like" immediately upon entering the gym he starts mad dogging me and starting me down as if he's holding a personal vendetta because nobody there knows how to do there job. Finally the first month pass expires and many small altercations and calls to corporate later its time for her second pass when my gf arrives with her new pass with her friend as a witness Sergio makes it a point to go up to the front desk and refuses my gf entry of the facillity accusing my gf of fraud of paying someone off for a pass and, let's every employee know that she is not to be allowed in the gym even threatening to call the police. Again we call corporate explaining the sinerio supposedly they fix the problem so i go with my gf to the gym again and again this douche dose the same crap we even explain to him of who we spoke to and that it is under my name in the computer he refuses to look it up i asked him what his problem is why he has a personal vendetta he doesn't own the gym he just works for them. Again i call corporate they never did anything about it later i find out this guy was promoted to g.m. Of that gym. That's rediculous what kind of company is this.  I thought i was the paying customer. There not paying me to go to the gym? Its all crap. Don't waste your time with l.a. 24hr fitness is by far better in ever way. I just regret not re newing my membership.
