I am being charged 19.95 on my credit card by SEM*FUNSOURCE for the second time, after they supposedly canceled it. I believe it originated from a support insole info-mercial that I purchased, but don't see on tv anymore. I am not receiving a discount card or anything to warrant these unauthorized charges. I have now called them the 2nd time and canceled at 800 475 1942. They are supposed to send me a form to fill out. I called my credit card and they are sending them a dispute form. So now I'm stuck playing a waiting game. But I will NOT wait for long! They are a scam. They are like a nightmare that just keeps coming back and back and back.

I'm not sure about it's origin, because I also ordered Smoke Remedy by Living Well Remedies. No more tv commercials for me. Goes to show that you can't trust ANYBODY on tv.

The first thing you need to do is to call your bank and cancel your debit or credit card or close the checking account or whatever account they are taking the money from and report it to the bank and the police department and the BBBCancel you card and let the bank know about the money being taken from your account without your permission.
But cancel your card immediately.

I just discovered this on my account and thanks to the credit card company, I ordered Tap Out back in January 2013, and immediately the charges started. I went to call Tap Out and the number was disconnected. I thank all of you for posting. I am pissed!

This scam is still going on so watch your statements! SEM Value Source is charging me $24.95 and I have no idea what these charges are for. When I called my credit card they told me to contact the company directly at 800-475-1942. Will call first thing Monday morning
Supposedly "you agreed" to some "discount membership club", maybe deceptively disclosed, maybe they just said you agreed to it. They typically get your account number from some shady merchant you might have bought from, who hides the "authorization" hidden within some long paragraph of legalese boilerplate behind an obscure link.
Send a WRITTEN fraud dispute to your bank's dispute address from your statement, and contact them IMMEDIATELY to block the card number, since cramming scams typically cram through small charges every month until you block them, and may even use several different names to get around attempts to block charges under the name you noticed.
Your banker gave you bad advice. He or she should have connected you to their fraud department, who should have sent you out a fraud affidavit which you could sign and return, in accordance with FC BA.
On that basis alone, they can just yank the money back, forcing a chargeback fee onto the charging party and raising their chargeback ratio which should be a red flag to their payment processor. That is how the system is supposed to work, not your banker assisting in handing out your money to anyone who says they want some.
