I don't know who this company is or what services they supposenly provide as I nor anyone else can find this company but they have pulled over 50.00 from my account so far. I just filed a dispute claim through my bank so now maybe it will stop. The transaction says it is to MYSOFTBILL.

    Dispute fraudulent charges through your bank, and close the account or block the card number due to fraud, to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  Your bank can reverse the charges if you dispute promptly.  Follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit to preserve your FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute rights.  

    Be sure to have your bank block the card number or close the account, since cramming scams often attempt to cram charges under different names, or sometimes "cancel", then start charging again months later, trying to slip more charges through.  

    You should also report this to FTC and your state Attorney General.

    I have a similar mysoftbill.com bill appearing continuously in my account.  I'm also trying to figure out what this is...

    the same to me.I found Mysoftbill info charged 49.95 from my account.

    same here they charged $84 on my credit card but I have a fraud protection program on my credit card.  My credit card called me as soon as the transaction was posted.  Thank you Chase!!

    Same here.......2 postings charged to VISA but no call from Visa or bank

    On a positive note for market bill, I cancelled before the 7 days were up and they said I would get a refund in 10 bus. days. I called twice to inquire why I haven't received the refund yet. I finally got my refund but it took about 3 weeks.

    THAT'S SO WIERD HOW THEY PULL OUT MMONEY JUST LIKE THAT.  
       THERE R LOTS OF PPLE WHO DON'T EVEN CHECK THEIR CREDIT CARDS CHARGES.......
