Cell getting barred by an unknown person

My cell is getting barred since yesterday again and again and i am not placing this barring request...Airtel is not able to support ne any how... Who will be responsible for any monetary transactions from my cards which are linked to my number... how can an unknown person access my handset... Is this much safe a person is with airtel network.. details are leaking from your end.... Not a single person is helping from airtel...
