delivery and effectiveness

The product does not work for me and I DO  N O T  WANT  anymore product.  Please DISCONTINUE CHARGING ME AND SENDING TO ME..    Just received an email today siting product shipping with a UPS tracking number.  When I checked UPS there was no such package but  I HAVE BEEN CHARGED.  W h a t   do I do now??????????????????????????????????  Do I need to make legal contacts?????
