My granddaughter and I went to KFC in Azle, TX for lunch and we ordered the original recipe and the chicken was crunchy and dried out. We returned the chicken and asked for a replacement. The cashier was helpful, but the manager was rude and had a hateful disposition. It's bad enough when the product is bad, but even worse when the management has poor customer service.
