"Comfort Coil" cushion springs TOTALLY displaced

By the time the sectional was 4 years old, it looked far worse than other sofa/loveseats that was more than 20 years old.  The coil cushions poke you in multiple places in ever cushion.  They are supposedly warrantied for 5 years, but when we called Catnapper, they explained it would be $200 just to come look at it.  If it actually WAS warrantied (many exceptions), it would be additional money for labor and shipping of the parts.  I will NEVER purchase Catnapper again.
