Called me about a debt that my son had and told me he would go to court or jail if I didn't pay IMMEDIATELY. I was shaking I was so scared. SCAM ARTISTS TELL THEM TO F OFF

Typical shakedown scam..
The threats are a fraud indicator. If they had any real proof of this "debt", they could just sue, rather than risk getting sued for FDCPA violations. Generic sounding names are also common to such scams. "Global" is probably just the cheapest hole in the wall in a strip mall, or maybe just scammers sitting around the kitchen table.
