unauthorized charge on account

Called #800-864-6027 option #2.  Spoke to customer service rep. She was very helpful.  Had a computer in the past that did have this virus protection on it, but had since gotten a new company for the Virus protection.  I was set up for an auto-renew.  Did not understand that.  Called my bank and did a 3-way conversation with the bank, myself and the company.  My bank did the leg work on this one.  They stated my account would be cancelled and the refund would be going in 5-7 days.  They gave me a confirmation number and also the employee name and rep. number.  Will remark later if the refund did not go through.
