NON WORKING DRYER

Dec 19 a technnician came to repair my dryer, It would run a full cycle and the clothes were still wet.  They were however warm. Steam rushed out whenthe door was opened. He diagnosed the problem and supposedly repaired it..  I did a load of laundry and transferred the clothes to the dryer.  Wrong move.  The dryer made loud clanging noises and turned itself off.  I immediately called the company to schedule a new appointment.  They wanted to send the SAME guy who botched the first repair. I refused. They then said they could not guarantee when a different repair person would be available.  My response was... okay, send him back and let him finish tearing the dryer up.  They found a new person and scheduled a followup service call.  He came today and needed to to order a part.. Because of the holiday, it will be after the first of the year before the repairmain can return.  This is galling because the first guy misdiagnosed the problem. Even though the delay was caused by their ineptitude, they accept no responsibility for the delay and make no attempt to speedily satisfy the customer. In fact, they made every attempt to marginalize me  for expectingsatisfactory service.
