I requested a "Free" sample, now they have charged me twice for products I did not order

I requested a "Free" sample, but they got my debit card info to pay the shipping. Now they have charged me twice full price for the product. Yes they shipped it to me, but I did not order it. My bank account went negative, so I changed my debit card number. Lesson, never give debit/credit card info for "shipping", it is a way to get your information to charge you for products you did not order. Dishonest and unscrupulous crooks!

Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have your bank shut down your account or block your card number to prevent further fraud and theft. Watch replacement cards/accounts to make sure the "repeating automatic" charges don't just automatically shift over to your new numbers, and dispute any new charges as fraudulent as well.
Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
File fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the US Postal Inspector. (Using the US Mail or a common carrier in a fraudulent scheme is a violation of federal law. It is "mail fraud")
