DEDUCTION OF AMOUNT WITHOUT ANY NOTICE

You are kindly requested to deactivate any services provided to me and as such i cant check out any of them for which me balance get deducted time and again. i got a recharge of Rs 350 on 15 Mar 2012 after few days a message pops up and indicates your 99/- deducted for downloading but nothing was downloaded, on its own the balance turned to 0/-. then i got a recharge of 100/- again there were regular deduction even without making any calls or sms or using any facility, kindly clarify the matter as soon as possible. my number is 9818435730.
