Charge for extras

Europcar charged me for £114 extras that I did not agree to take. Unfortunately I did not notice this when I took possession of the car and they certainly did not point out that they were adding to what I had booked online. A very slick scam. Don't use this company they are crooks pure and simple. This was at Belfast International, be very careful.
