False charges

This company charged my bank account $99.  I've never heard about this company and my bank gave me an 800 # to call. The phone number that is associated with this transaction turned out to be useless. There was no way to get to a person, and all they said were invited me to their website to discuss the product I "ordered". Is it identity theft?

Hoodia according to my reading, is a dietary supplement and appetite suppressor. I definitely don't need any of this (I am 5.8 tall with 120lb).

How do I get my money back?
