Billed 59.95 to my card.

I received the free trial and immediately called the 800 number and emailed to say please stop all billing, shipments, etc... I have not received anything further except a bill of 3 different payments taken off of my credit card. Twice of $39.95 and one pending as of now of $59.95. And I can not get them to stop. I now have $80.00 in service charges because I was negative on my card.

They will keep taking your money as long as they can.
Immediately contact your bank to dispute the fraudulent charges and close the account to prevent additional fraudulent charges. Follow up with a written dispute to your bank, sent to the dispute address from your statement, making sure your bank receives it within 60 days from the statement date on the statement showing the fraudulent charge, to preserve your FRB Reg. E dispute rights.
NEVER use debit cards, check cards, or other payment methods including authorizing phone checks, that directly tap your checking account to make payments to anyone you do not know you can trust. Once they have your account or card number, only their own honesty stands between taking what you agreed to and taking whatever they want.
Use only credit cards for on-line or retail payments, since they have more protections against fraud, and can be more easily cancelled if it occurs.
You should not be buying questionable "health products" anyway, since most of them are just excuses for fraud, as you have seen.
