incomplete order

We were shopping at the mal last night we bought our supper at kfc because we love kfc.we almost wait for an our for our order when i receive my order we didnt sit down because it was already that late we stay in blackheath eerte river i ask the lady if theres a problem because most of the customers was almost gone so she said tiey hav no chicken anymore itold her why didnt they comunicate with us because we could hav buy food at a other place we stil waited for another ten minutes after ten min we received our order witout a appoligie when we came home very hungry i found out that my order was incomplete  at that moment i was very disapointed to wait that long and getting an order incomplete i couldnt come back it was to far and i was already time for them to close  im still very disapointed.
