Substandard car and service

Received prepaid car in Edremit, Turkey. Car brought to airport did not match car promissed. Could not switch car because the rental agency was 1-hr away from airport. The car was old (80,000+ KM) unsafe, dented, and difficult to drive. Interior was covered with soiled, faded slip covers. I requested removal they refered me to a car upholsterer at my own time and expense. I do not inted to rent Europcar again.
