Very rude staff

I am not very happy very happy with your staff. Mercedes Benz works with Europcar so I received a car from them. This was my second time and both times I got a bad car this time I wanted a 5 seater car but they have me a 4 seater. They told me that I would get a 5 seater car the next day (today) but they didn't call me back and the company closed at 1pm. The member of staff who told me this was called 'Secole'. I am very unhappy with the rude staff and bad service at all and am very angry about this.
