Abominable, fraudulent company! Never rent car from them!

If you rent from them, be prepared that you will never see your whole deposit again. No matter how hard you try to take care of the car, they WILL make up something to milk you. And if you think that they will give you any reasonable explanation and proof for their action (what action I would simply discribe as: STEALING, LARCENY), I am sorry to say that you are wrong!

    Shameless bunch of fraudsters. They take no responsibility for their employees errors and deny any wrongdoing even faced with the facts. They hide behind emails and never offer their personal names or refer you to managers if you ask for it.
    I've never encountered incompetence like it, and plead with anyone to pay the extra and go with Hertz, Europcar etc. You will only end up paying more in the long run. An embarrassment to Italy.
