I left my driver's blue disable badge in the car I returned to North Terminal Gatwick, I returned the car on the 03.10.2012 at 05.30 parked in bay No 3. When I realized my mistake I phoned customer's service the next morning to ask if they would check the car for me, since that call I have sent 2 e-mail's and made 7 phone call' s to date none of these have been answered, female member of staff told property left in car's is the responsibility of the person who hired the car, and not the company, Europcar. My question is what happen's to property found in car's ????
