I flew on April 10, 2012 from Baghdad, Iraq to Madina, Saudi Arabis via Istanbul, Turkey. I lost a suitcase with the tag # TK 313934 from flight# TK0098. I filed a complain at the Madina airport with the complain # 11436. I stayed in Madina for three days and called every day and visited the airport once to find my luggage but I couldn't. Finally, the person incharge at the airport, took my US home address and home phone number and assured me that my luggage would be delivered to my US home address. It's been close to 10 days and still no call from the Turkish airlines on my lost luggage.

    I flew in to baghdad to work and turkish airlines lost my baggage. I saw my bag in Istanbul and they confirmed it would be on the flight with me in the morning. 10 days later I eventually got my bag. Looking at my bag I discovered that my GPS was missing ad all of my was kit was smashed open.

    Over the ten days I called Istanbul, UK and baghdad. All i got was we cant find it. I sent at least 6 emails to baggage claim and customer services to which I| had only one reply.

    Turkish airlines customer service is quite possibly the WORST I have ever come across. They really do not give too monkeys about you as long as they have had there money!

    I am yet again in the process of trying to make a claim against them, yet suprise suprise they keep choosing to ignore all of my emails!!!
