CITI BANK is giving very bad service. As my brother has to apply for the passport ,we needed address proof and statement attested from suvidha. I approached to the CITI BANK, Suvidha dept, prestige meridian, MG Road, Banaglore. So I was not satisfied with the executive who sits in the middle, dont know her name.

Unable to give proper information and doesn't know how to talk to customers and every time anger on her face. Sometimes you people has to understand customers problems , following only policies doesn't make customers happy, and more over for that parking in the prestige meridian there is no provision for parking , we just need to pay Rs.10 for even 5 to 10 mins.

First of all we will be frustrated by this and above all that lady doesn't know how to speak to customers. Please try to correct her or put her in some inside dept where she doesn't have to speak to customers directly. Please consider this as a high priority and do the needful. If this is the right place to enter the comments regarding customer satisfaction then its ok, or else please let me know the right place where I can give my comments about citibank suvidha.

    I recently had an issue with a charge I did not believe I owed to Best Buy.  After a few automated calls (that did not indicate there was a potential balance owed), I called to be told I owed $6.41.  I was told I could pay the balance and a payment fee, which I declined given I didn't (and don't) think I owed it.  The person I spoke with said they would send me a statement so I could review.

    11 days later - no statement.  Automated calls kept coming though.

    I called again.  This time I was told the same thing - except now, the 'late payment' fee will kick in before I can get the statement.

    I asked to speak with a supervisor.  Michael (the supervisor) said he could take a payment for $3.41 and would not charge me the payment fee.  I could dispute it, but if I am wrong and this is finally decided after 5/4, I would owe the late fee as well.

    Bottom line:
    1) Citibank does not care about customers or doing the right thing in my opinion.
    2) They are more than happy to put you in the situation of paying a late fee - and will do what it takes to put you there if they can.
    3) I will never do business with Citibank or Best Buy again.

    P.S.  I tried to speak to Best Buy customer service about this - I was shifted to Citibank in mid conversation without even being told I was being shifted - nice ha!

    Avoid them if you can - they will mistreat you too if they can !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
