Bank Of America 30yr FHA LOAN MOD Start Date: 08/2011
Orginally back in August 2011 I started the loan mod for my FHA 30 year loan pre approval. I was finally approved and congratulated for the loan mod. program with BofA October 2011 & I was told to keep checking the mail for my new payment information. Still to this day I have been trying to work with them/call them since then they have lost paperwork repeatedly. I have had to "requalify" 3 or 4 times since 08/2011. I have mailed & faxed modification paperwork more times than I can even count. When I call, no one at B of A seems to have any idea what is going on with my loan. They just continually go in circles and repeaditly ask me to requalify or resend docs, or send "updated docs" which I always do immediately. This last time, I had to start the whole process over in 2011 because they had misplaced my file. After Everything once again was approved I recieved a incoming phone call that I personally recorded from my assigned loan modification manager at Bank of America, Kiesha Covington congratulating me on my approval. After I was approved (again) and spending 30 minutes on the phone giving me my new payment info instructions and trial program steps for my new loan mod, I thought to myself "finally this must be it they got it right, & I am gonna be able to stay in my home and afford my new monthly mortgage payment. After weeks have gone by and recieving nothing on my loan modification payment program I begin to worry so, I called to check on the status & they told me they had nothing & I had to requalify again--to start all over, as well as my current loan mod manager Kiesha Covington was no longer assigned as my loan mod manager. it has been almost 1 year now! I seriously cant believe this, & feel like mwith out a doubt I'm just getting played, like some kinda of joke! When however, I'm a preferred valued customer with Bank Of America now for over 15 years with multiple personal and business accounts. HELP!!!!
