I noticed a charge for $2.95 which I didn't authorize, from a company Dri*Reg.net I don't know. I want my money refunded immediately...any any future charges cancelled. ASAP!

The charge was probably run through by some "health product" or "government grant package" scammer for a trial offer. It will generally be followed up by repeated monthly (or weekly) charges in the $15 to $100 range until you close your account to stop them. "DRI*REG.NET" is a billing processor often used by shady companies to charge consumer accounts.
It may not seem like a lot of money now, but you would be wise to IMMEDIATELY contact your bank to dispute this fraudulent charge, and to immediately close your account to prevent future fraudulent charges.
You cannot trust the actual "merchant" to promise to refund your money, nor can you trust them to not make additional fraudulent charges as long as they have your valid account information. They often attempt to string consumers along with promises long enough to put through additional charges, or to pass the 60 day limit for disputing under FCBA or FRB Reg. E, after which your bank will generally ignore your dispute instead of reversing it.

Like a fool I ordered Acai from these people. After I had actually placed the order, I realized what the lead in said...29.95 now and 39.95 if I liked the product. I assumed this was one of those send me a product for ever with a bill forever but no...it seems that the charge of 79.95 to my account now is to pay for this month's product and next months product. Also, I have been a victim of Dri.Reg.net before but I was not aware of their involvement in this particular product because they did not say that they were involved

dri*reg.net dial 800-999-2734 to start your cancellation refund process and then dial 800-497-4988 and wait for about 5 to 10 mins. to talk to someone about it. oh yeah don't call your bank they can't do anything at this point. 7 to 10 business days to recieve your refund if you catch them in the beginning.
