Didn't give proper info while booking International Air Tickets

I want to complain against Travel Masti travel agency.

Mr. Manoj from travelmasti booked my ticket and DID NOT CONFIRM whether my current name and passport name are the same. I'm married now and my name has changed after marriage. Since I'm travelling for the first time after marriage, I wasn't aware that the name on the ticket and passport have to match. After booking when I asked him to assist me in giving me the endorsement letter duly required to show at the airport, he refused to pick up my calls. He said my money is going to get wasted and that he cannot help.  I also contacted Sunny Sharma, he said he cannot help giving me any endorsement.

Mr. Manoj from travelmasti has given my contact info wrong in the ticket. Also no. and other details are wrong. The travel agency TRAVEL MASTI just wants to fleece the customer by charging us service fees, and providing NO service in return. I have wasted the ticket and Rs.15000/-. No one from the agency helped me. I tried to contact Mr. sunny sharma and he told me he had his manager on the phone. Even he told me he is unable to help.

When I called the Jazeera Airways helpdesk in Kuwait (flight was booked from BOM to DXB and return for 2 ppl), they said the travel agency can definitely help. I asked the travel agency that if there is some typo error made by the travel agent what procedure do they follow. They never replied to it. This is absolute Zero service attitude and I will never again book a travel thru TravelMasti. I will also advise ppl to not book thru this travel agency as the ppl sitting there are complete duds.
