I ordered some bedding at the end of April, 2009, and was told 2-3 weeks before shipping would happen.  End of May, no bedding.  After several phone calls, was finally told that bedding I ordered was no longer available and that I would receive a credit to my credit card.  It's mid- June now and no credit yet.  Can't get a live person on phone, just voicemail.  Needless to say, never get a call back.  I tried calling the order line and it has a message saying you can't check on past orders.  I think that's a clear sign their customer service is non-existent and that there are many complaints.  Next step is to have my credit card company drop the charge.  In the meantime, I am putting a complaint up on every website I can find.

    Bed,Bath and beyond has been in the process of filing bankruptcy for the last three years, yet were still selling gift cards to their stores(2008) at Christmas even though they KNEW the day after Christmas their doors would be shut. They are despicable and not much can be done now. I was warned in advance so I was one of the lucky ones. how do people work for companies like this?
