I ordered some bedding at the end of April, 2009, and was told 2-3 weeks before shipping would happen. End of May, no bedding. After several phone calls, was finally told that bedding I ordered was no longer available and that I would receive a credit to my credit card. It's mid- June now and no credit yet. Can't get a live person on phone, just voicemail. Needless to say, never get a call back. I tried calling the order line and it has a message saying you can't check on past orders. I think that's a clear sign their customer service is non-existent and that there are many complaints. Next step is to have my credit card company drop the charge. In the meantime, I am putting a complaint up on every website I can find.
