I recieved a message on 6-Feb-11 stating "Thanks for downloading 3DBigfootRacing from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 50..." though I hadnot downloaded it and infact this game is not available in my phone. On 9-feb recieved message stating "You have been renewed for GamesClub subscription Service..."  5 Rs has been deducted though I never subscribed to it. Again recived similar message on 11-Feb deducting 5 Rs again!!! I think Airtel is unfairly deducting balance from prepaid mobile service . On searching net found several such complaints . Even my my has been telling that she is also recieving similar messages deducting money regulary..

    My number is 9840112368. I received the same message just now. Why is my balance deducted everytime when I haven't even subscribed for the gamesclub services?!  Help.

    I have been struggling with the same problem from the last 2 months. Daily 5 Rs is deducted from my account balance for some Games Mania Subscription. I am getting a message from ‘AD54321’. I repeatedly registered complaints about this on Airtel Customer Care (198) about this but the issue is still not resolved. Even Airtel blocked me for its complaint center and now I am not able to raise my complaint. Please look into it and take appropriate action on it as soon as possible. My Airtel prepaid number is 9560127796.

    I recieved a message again and again( 20,21,23)on 21 may i receive massage 5 times and and every times charged 5 rs par massage. "You have been renewed for subscription_BikniRichAler subscription Service from airtel.you have been charged rs 5.latest games http://gclub.in browsing @ 30p/20kb"
    I complained( 3 May) Customer care 198 for Unsubscription to it. I think Airtel is unfairly deducting balance from prepaid mobile service. On searching net found several such complaints. I want to get my money back its all your faults

     It is embarressing and I had not activated this service . I want to stop it immidiatly..

    I've got the same problem before they said to me that the problem is solved but now again they deduct my balance for a game which i downloaded from other free website although airtel live is unsubscribed from my mobile. I think its a trick to gain extra money from us

    Hi my name is prakash and my mobile no is 9971449694. I've problem with internet. It is slow. I just get 1kbps speed. I'm tired of calling customer care because they always says that your problem will be solved but it is not solved. I've called them more than 10 times but i've got still same problem. My mobile model is 3500 classic. The internet logo E turns into G and its remain same it is. I'm getting this problem from two month. I'm your old customer. I'm using this sim card more than three year. If this problem is not solved than i will throw this sim card. So please help me.
