Broken Bluetooth set

I ordered from gsm-earpiece.com a month ago but when the set came it didn't work. They said I had to send them the set and they would check it. Ok, I agreed, I had no choice, let's say! But I also had to pay for all these deliveries and redeliveries!!!!That's absurd!

    That's a big surpise to see my old post here. I must say the story didn't end up then. I sent them back the earpiece, and it turned out that I inserted a baterry the wrong way. So when they got the reason, they sent it back to me and absolutely free! So my advise will be not to hurry up complaining people before you know the reason. Feel a bit ashamed to have blamed a good company... I hope your business goes well!
    P.S. I passed that terrible Palaeontology exam with your earpiece, it was cool experience!!!

      hey....i'm thinkin abt ordering a bluetooth neckloop and spy earpiece.i live in india.how long did the delivery take u frm the day u made the payment?and where did u have it shipped?i guess u'd be the best person to answer my questions since u've got one for urself.how long did the battery last?also..what brand bluetooth set did u get?and how was the whole exam experience?if u dont mind...can u give me details.
      i wud really appreciate if u could describe the product u received aswell....
