Got email today , said I owed $3440 .00  and would be filing suit against me in New York Federal Court . Don't know what there talking about , don't and didn't take out any loan .Need to know who acs is and how do I contact these people.

    "ACS"...
    is just an alias commonly used in scam emails sent by overseas scammers.  They don't even know the US legal system, since lawsuits to recover unpaid loans wouldn't normally be filed in federal court, but in state courts.  They've been referring to New York federal courts  lately in their emails, so they must think it makes them sound "official".

    Ignore them.  They're idiots.
