I WOULD LIKE TO BRING TO YOUR IFORMATION AND ATTENTION THAT I CONTACTED THE CALL AGENT ON MARCH 16TH TO BOOK A TICKET FROM DAMMAM TO AUCKLAND

THE AGENT COLLECTED ALL NEEDED INFORMATION SUCH AS E MAIL,RESIDENCE ADDRESS AND CREDIT CARD, AT THE SAME DAY THE TICKET IS CONFIRMED AND SUBMITTED TO MY E MAIL

ON MARCH 21 I RECIVED 2 MESSAGES THROUGH MY MOBILE AT 12:41AM/12:50AM THAT AMOUNT OF GBP 4000 BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY CREDIT VISA CARD OF BUYING FROM NEW CASTLE CITY COUNCIL WHICH MEAN MY CREDIT CARD BEEEN PENETRATION BY ONE OF YOUR STAFF

IMMEDIATLY I CALLED THE BANK AND TOLD THEM SOMEONE UTILIZED MY CREDIT CARD SO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION . THE AMOUNT DEDUCTED FROM MY CREDIT CARD AND I OFFER OBJECTION TO RETURN BACK DEDUCTED AMOUNT SO HOPE FULLY WILL SUCCEED

NOW I BRING CONCERN MATTER TO YOU RESPETIVE PERSONL AND WILLING TO HEAR FROM YOU SATISFY ACTION

    Dear Customer, we have advised that you did book a flight on our website and we tried to contact you to do a credit card verification over the phone, in which you asked for an email of what we were requesting. We didn't hear back from you within 24 hours, so the booking automatically get's canceled. At this time, your credit card has not been charged for the first reservation. Once you received the email, you called us back March 16 and inquired about the cancellation, in which you agreed to rebook a new reservation and try the ccv over again. This was not an unauthorized charge, but one you agreed to, and booked directly with our sales agents. Both concerns have been addressed in an email March 26, at 2:45pm. A return email address was provided for any further concerns.
