Registration card does not indicate product

We have a new kitchen with new appliances, cooktop, oven, steam oven, refrigerator - all different brands. Miehle, GE, Bosch, etc. The warranty information, registration cards, and manuals abound.  We have a registration card that we can not match to an appliance.  In french and english.  The address is the only identifying information It says
Product Registration, PO Box 174122 Denver, CO 80217-4122.   Is this GE? the cooktop.  Ridiculous.

    It's Whirlpool product, if I am not wrong it is microwave, but it doesn't matter, just log on to www.whirlpool.com
    register by giving the model# and serial# on the registration card will do.

    I'm in the same situation -- new kitchen, pile of registration cards on my counter. And I couldn't figure out what company this card was. Ridiculous. Thanks!
