Terrible customer service. They called to verify a round-trip booking that was urgently made a few days ago for a visa appointment, which I missed. Shortly after, I tried calling multiple times but no one ever picked up. It was the same few days later. They kept sending me emails requesting my verification but how could I do so if no one can help me? I replied them with an email but no one cared. The real nightmare was when I received an email THIS morning itself saying that my booking has been canceled. WHAT ON EARTH. I've been trying repeatedly to reach them but all I get is an idiotic recorded intercept saying 'thank you for calling, your call is very important to us, we will be with you as soon as possible' every TEN SECONDS. Obviously that's all [***] and nonsense. They DO NOT think my call is important at all. This is giving me too much trouble especially since the fares have gone up and I just completed my visa interview using the ticket. This is the first airlines that has required me to go through the tedious, nonsensical, redundant process of verifying my booking through a phone call. Bunch of idiots with no common sense.
