As we did not received your payment so we are going to file this case against you on Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at your district courthouse. You will be served with notice to appear at your district courthouse accordingly.     This email is a reminder for the payment of your loan account with "Cash Advance USA", which you took in 2013 and since then no payment has been made on behalf of this loan account. This is the final notice to remind you about your due payment. Prior to this, many letters and notices were sent but there was no action from your side.

    Kindly consider this as the final notice, after which the non-payment of dues will result in legal actions against you. We have reminded you several times and now the deadline for payment is 10-06-2017. You are asked to pay your total due amount that you have not paid which is $945.67.
